Once you have expressed an interest in learning more about our services, a complimentary meeting is arranged to discuss your big day and all expectations from both parties. If you decide to move forward, a signed wedding contract and a non-refundable retainer fee of $500 or $300 retainer if booking 6 months+ in advance is required to reserve/book your date.
We prefer to capture your day as it truly unfolds. My goal is to do this in an unobtrusive way so that I capture unrehearsed moments with raw emotion, which are the moments you will surely treasure the most.
It is never too early to book, the sooner the better. We book weddings and portrait sessions year around; so the sooner you book, the sooner your wedding date can be removed from our wedding calendar. Brides and grooms are generally booking 9 months to one year in advance.
Our clients receive between 200-550 digital images depending on the collection chosen and optimized for printing up to size 8x10 on a USB Flash Drive inside a custom box with a print release. Larger sizes are available for printing through CoCo Inspirations Photography. Clients do have the choice to add additional images to be edited for an additional fee.
If the collection chosen does not include the 72 hour sneak peek, the sneak will be posted within 4 weeks of the wedding date.
Absolutely! We want to make sure you receive the images that you feel tell the story of your day and represent who and what you feel is special to you. After you all return from your honeymoon we will set up a date and time for you all to come and choose your images. This is a long a arduous process so please allow at least 5-8 hours to cull through the images to make your selections.
Yes, I most definitely do. I like be as flexible as possible for my clients. I would love for everyone to be able to afford my services and lessen the stress most couples feel during this milestone in their life. I have several options available after the non-refundable retainer is paid to pay off your balance at least 30 days prior to your wedding date and occasionally under special circumstances I allow for small remaining balances to be paid after the wedding day. Please note that no files, sneak peaks, editing, etc will take place until balance is paid in full. Payment plans are also available for your purchases after the wedding as well.
Yes, there is an option to include an album with every collection. There is also the option to upgrade the size, album cover, allotted images or spread count. I don't feel I've fulfilled my duty as a photographer until I've put your love story in an album for you to admire, share and pass down to future generations to enjoy your love. I offer albums with exceptional quality and style and can't wait to design one for you.
No, I do not provide every image taken during the day. You will carefully select the best images of your day. Prior to that we will weed out those where your eyes were closed, flash didn't go off, etc to make the choosing process easier. Once images are chosen I will carefully hand edit each image to make sure that you all look amazing in every image you receive.
Yes, we have designed them to be that way. We want to make sure you get exactly what you want in your collection.
Our couples usually spend about $2,000 to $5,000 on their wedding package, digital files, products and more. If you would really like to know what you can expect we should meet up for informal consultation to discuss what would best suit your needs.
Yes, we will travel. We love to venture to knew and exiting places. Our collections include all wedding day travel within North Carolina. Overnight accommodations are required for locations 1.5 hours or more from Angier, North Carolina. Please inquire for weddings outside of North Carolina for additional fees.
